A builder's record

Products people come back to.

Consumer, marketplace, and AI-native products. Built from zero, and at a scale where hundreds of millions of people have used and found value in what I've made.

I work best where the stakes are real, the answer isn't obvious, and the next decision decides what the product becomes. Get the call right, and millions of people are better off. Get it wrong, and you spend a year shipping the wrong thing beautifully.

Chapter I · Origin

It started with a football club.

Before any title, there was totalBarça, a community founded because the one I wanted didn't exist. It became one of the largest global FC Barcelona communities: a staff of 25+ spread around the world running it round the clock, cited on Wikipedia, featured on the club's official site and across European media, collaborating directly with the club itself. Every ad dollar it earned went to UNICEF.

Everything since has been a bigger version of the same question: what makes people come back?

It taught me how products earn devotion, how communities self-organize, and how to lead a team you can't pay. No job could have taught those lessons first.

Judgment shows up as decisions.

“A profile should work for the job seeker, not just describe them.”

Indeed · ProfilesRebuilt Profiles into an AI-powered foundation that helps job seekers show employers more than a resume, and get matched, sourced, and applying to the right roles.

Red Ventures · Government partnershipPressure-tested the company's highest-priority launch on a high-stakes government partner's site, and found a risk that could have ended the partnership. Redirecting the plan protected tens of millions in annual revenue.

Chapter III · Now

What I'm doing.

Building: I build with AI every day, not just to move faster but to find higher-leverage ways to put real value in consumers' hands. The fastest way to judge an AI product is to ship one.

Advising: I work with founders and product teams on high-stakes, customer-facing product bets, turning a fuzzy idea or stalled loop into a sharper decision and a buildable direction. Market entry, pricing, onboarding, activation, marketplace loops, and AI-native product experience.

Open to what's next: I'm actively open to the right next chapter, whether that's a full-time product leadership role, co-building something new from zero, or product-building partnerships alongside founders. What matters is hard problems, incredibly talented people, and work that leaves society meaningfully better across consumer, marketplace, and AI-native spaces.
